This should be quite useful for CMS clients wishing to use some HTML in the body of content items.
Yes, WYSIWYG editors for web apps exist but I find they often create incompatibilities, slow downs, and code that ends up confusing the user. I find myself fielding more support calls for sites that have a WYSIWYG toolbar than for sites without-- aassuming the staff has learned a few simple HTML tags. Once you practice just a little bit it's quite easy and intuitive.
